Step 1 Boil the pasta

Firstly, you need to boil one cup of pasta in 3 cups of water. Add 1 teaspoon of salt while it is boiling. Once boiled, drain the water and run the pasta under some cold water. Now set it aside.
Step 2 Saute the garlic

Now heat olive oil in a pan. Add the chopped garlic cloves and saute for 1-2 minutes on low flame. Now add chilli flakes and mixed herbs in the pan. Saute for another minute. Now add 1/4 cup water and let it come to a boil.
Step 3 Add the pasta

Once it boils, add some salt as per your taste. Now add your boiled pasta and mix well. Sprinkle chopped parsley and cook on low-medium heat for another 1-2 minutes
Step 4 Add the cheese and serve

Lastly, add the grated cheese and turn off the heat. Give a gentle mix and serve the pasta warm.
